The New Real Estate Industry StandardTM
When designing and implementing Action ListsTM (your new “transactional assembly lines” or “conveyor belts”) inside ResWareTM, Actions can be assigned to Internal Users on Teams (or work queues) that YOU create. Users can be in different cubicles, buildings, offices, states or even countries, but if they are logged into ResWareTM, Actions are assigned on the ResWareTM Home Page making it easy for all users and managers to see the workflow for each and every Team (or work queue) administered in the system.
Additionally, Actions can be assigned to the Actions Tab on the Web-Based Transaction Management System (TMS), making it possible to allow Partners such as workshare agents, abstractors, notaries, marketing reps, surveyors, title plant partners, and the like to participate in the process from web-enabled mobile devices and other internet enabled computers from anywhere. If Actions are not accepted within a pre-determined time, Actions can be re-assigned inside ResWareTM. With such transparency, there is no longer guessing about how much work is facing each of the Teams anymore, including Partners who access Actions on the Web-Based Transactional Management System (TMS). ResWareTM is like working in a glass office where everyone can see everything, if you want them to be able to.
Importantly, employees in different cubicles, offices, states and even countries (if assigned to the same Team) can complete tasks while taking advantage of a transparent assignment methodology of “first in, first out (FIFO)” and other Deming Total Quality Management principles, as they do in manufacturing automation. Loss of an office due to a flood or fire is no problem as users can login to ResWareTM from a disaster recovery location and continue to complete Actions in a paperless environment. Excess capacity in one office can allow users to help complete Actions in other remote locations, as geographic distances between offices are “virtually” not an issue anymore with the virtualized, distributed centralization and Action sharing that can be set up inside ResWareTM.
Imagine a multi-branch operation separated by large distances operating as a cohensive, virtually centralized team tackling the Actions at hand, in real-time. That is what ResWareTM can do.
