Boulder, CO, May 20, 2014, Adeptive announced today that its ResWareplatform is now integrated with North American Title Insurance Company (NATIC) Policy Jackets and Closing Protection Letter service. This integration enables NATIC’s agents to quickly and seamlessly generate policies inclusive of their jackets. Additionally, agents are able to produce closing protection letters without ever having to leave their ResWare title software and process flow management system.

Emilio Fernandez, President of NATIC states, “We are excited to have our jackets and CPLs available to our agents within the ResWare system. Our aim is for agents to always work with us in an efficient and seamless manner. We listen closely to our agents and feel this integration is yet another example of our commitment to fully support and partner with the
independent agent.”

“Seamless integration regarding eJacket and CPL requests from within ResWare by NATIC agents is absolutely huge,” explains Curt Szymanski, President of WINDWARD Consulting | Software, LLC. “Such automation and integration inside ResWare will save countless hours for NATIC agents and provide an ’annuity perpetuity’ of time and efficiency savings for years to come, as agents will no longer have to manually get jackets and CPLs from NATIC.”

“This integration solidifies our dedication to our customers to ensure that ResWare makes transactions accurate and efficient — reducing missing information, lost productivity, and costly errors,” shared Bryan Buus, President of Adeptive Software.
